Tailored and holistic assessments
We offer highly tailored assessment services to both plan managed and self-managed NDIS participants across the Central West NSW region. This includes Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo, Mudgee, Cowra, Parkes, Forbes, and surrounding towns. Whether via telehealth or face-to-face, our approach is always client-centred and empowering, supporting participants with complex mental health, physical health, and intellectual disabilities. We can also accommodate urgent referrals for NDIS plan changes in some circumstances subject to clinician availability. We can discuss realistic timeframes with you when you enquire or make a referral.
