Welcome to OT Affinity, where our mission is to profoundly improve the lives and wellbeing of NDIS participants, their carers, and families across the Central West Region of New South Wales. We are a compassionate, empathetic, and person-centred service provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality, tailored therapy and assessment services.
Inspired by community, driven by care
OT Affinity was founded by a local Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to the Central West. Our inspiration stems from a desire to uplift the community we are a part of, ensuring NDIS participants aged 12 and over receive consistent, reliable, and high-quality assessment services. We specialise in comprehensive functional capacity assessments, supported independent living assessments, independent living options, and complex home modifications, all delivered with a person-centred approach.

What sets OT Affinity apart is our deep-rooted local presence and unwavering dedication to the Central West region. Based in Orange, we offer both face-to-face and telehealth services, extending our reach to Bathurst, Dubbo, Mudgee, Cowra, Parkes, Forbes, Lithgow and surrounding towns within the catchment. Our extensive knowledge of the area allows us to provide truly personalised and effective support, making a real difference in the lives of the community we serve.
Years of experience, tailored solutions
Our team brings over 18 years of extensive clinical experience across a broad spectrum of health and disability services. This includes working with Child and Adolescent and Adult Mental Health, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Neurological conditions, and other physical health challenges. Our expertise extends to the provision of complex home modification and assistive technology assessment and provision, ensuring comprehensive and effective support for people with complex NDIS needs.
